libapache2-mod-removeip software package provides Module to remove IP from apache2s logs, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-removeip
libapache2-mod-removeip is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libapache2-mod-removeip package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libapache2-mod-removeip *
You will get with libapache2-mod-removeip package name, version, architecture and description in a table
